This product comes equipped with a polarized electrical plug (one blade is
wider than the other) and will only fit into the outlet one way. This is meant
to reduce the risk of an electrical shock. If the plug does not fit into the outlet,
reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, consult a qualified electrician. DO NOT
ATTEMPT TO MODIFY THIS PLUG OR CIRCUMVENT THIS SAFETY FEATURE.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. Ensure the PVC heating pad is fully inserted in the fabric cover and lays
completely flat. The electrical cord and controller should always remain
outside of the cover.
WARNING: ALWAYS USE THIS FABRIC COVER WHILE OPERATING THE
HEATING PAD OR SERIOUS BURNS/INJURIES MAY OCCUR.
2. Insert the plug into an appropriate 120 volt AC electrical outlet, noting the
plug is polarized and will only fit one way.
3. Place the heating pad on the desired treatment area.
WARNING: THE PAD SHOULD ALWAYS BE PLACED ON TOP OF THE
TREATMENT AREA. DO NOT PLACE PAD UNDERNEATH TREATMENT AREA
AS TEMPERATURES CAN RISE TO UNINTENDED/UNCOMFORTABLE LEVELS.
4. To turn on, use the controller to click and hold the button for 3 seconds
until the numbered light turns on. Continue to click the button to reach
the desired heat setting (1,2,3 or 4). To turn the heating pad off, click and
hold the button for 3 seconds until the number light turns off. Pay close
attention to the heat level during use and adjust the setting as needed.
5. The heating pad will reach the desired temperature in approximately 9-15
minutes.
NOTE: This heating pad will automatically turn OFF after 2 hours of use. Unplug
heating pad when not in use.
