Operation
CAUTION
The chassis should be parallel to the floor when the machine is turned on .

It is recommended to familiarize yourself with the machine by working on large, open spaces
•
before attempting tighter spaces .
1 .
Follow all assembly instructions, ensuring that the pad is properly installed .
2 .
Plug the power cord into a properly grounded outlet that matches the voltage requirements of the machine .
3 .
Adjust handle tube in a comfortable position by loosening the adjusting knob at the desired height .
4 .
Press switch lock and press the starting switch on the handle grip . The motor will start .
5 .
Keep a firm grip with both hands on the handle grip and guide the floor machine across the desired cleaning area .
6 .
If at any point you wish to turn the machine off, simply release the starting switch and the motor will stop .
7 .
If the pad reduces in size to 3/8" thick, it should be changed . Any thinner and the pad driver could be damaged .
8 .
When finished with the machine, remove pad for cleaning .
Replacing Isolators
WARNING ALWAYS UNPLUG THE MACHINE BEFORE
REPLACING ANY PART .
CAUTION
Units work with isolators that reduce vibration
•
during operation . If the unit vibrates, or makes
more noise than usual, then the replacement of
the isolators may be necessary .
1 .
Always unplug the machine before replacing any part .
2 .
Follow operation instructions for how to assemble the pad .
3 .
Remove the central part of the grip face, pulling it off the
pad driver .
4 .
Remove the central screw on the bottom of the pad driver
with a 3/4 wrench (Fig . 3) .
Note: To unscrew the central screw, you can use a screw
driver to block the fan on top of the motor (Fig . 4) . This will
hold the screw from spinning .
5 .
Remove the screws that hold the pad driver with the chassis .
6 .
Unscrew the isolators and replace with new ones .
7 .
Follow the same instructions in reverse to reassemble the unit .
