Important notes about operation / exclusion of liability
Please read carefully this manual before activating the lock. We assume no liability, neither for malfunctions caused by
faulty changing, use of force or improper handling, nor in case of property or pecuniary damages due to inappropriate
locking of the safe.

Inserting the batteries
Open the battery compartment cover of the vault and insert four AA batteries into the battery compartment (observe
polarity).
3.
Opening the electronic lock
3.1 Press button C.
3.2 Enter 6 digit factory code 1,2,3,4,5,6.
3.3 Press button #. A 4 second melody tone confirms the correct code.
3.4 Turn knob clockwise to open the lock.
At the end of the code entry sequence a warning tone rings 4 times if an incorrect code has been entered.
Attention! lf an incorrect code is entered 5 times, the lock is locked. To unlock the lock, the correct code must be
entered twice in succession,. e.g. C 1 2 3 4 5 6 # C 1 2 3 4 5 6 #.

Entering a personal Code
4.1 The door must be open.
4.2 Press the # key.
4.3 Enter the current code without pressing the C button, e.g. 1 2 3 4 5 6.
4.4 Press the # key.
4.5 Enter the new 4-16 digit code.
4.6 Press the # key.
If the previous code is 1 2 3 4 5 6 and the new code is to become, for example, 4 2 4 2, enter as follows:
# 1 2 3 4 5 6 # 4 2 4 2 #.
Attention! Test the new code before closing the door of the safe!

Closing the vault
Close the door and turn the knob counterclockwise. Now the door is locked!
6.
Batteries
4 x 1.5 V AA alkaline batteries are required to activate the lock. The battery life is 1 year if the lock is operated an average
of 3 times per day. Longlife or rechargeable batteries cannot be used due to the insufficient energy peak.
ISSUES
The opening mechanism only works sometimes or not at all or the
LED or the button tones do not work.
The door is warped or the safe closes with difficulty.
