OPERATION MANUAL
Dear Customer!
This manual contains important information and
advice for the correct and safe use and mainten-
ance of the ZIPPER plate compactor. The manual
is part of the machine and may not be stored
separately. Read it profoundly before first use of
the machine and keep it for later reference.
When the machine is handed to other persons
always put the manual to the machine.
Please follow the security instructions!

2.1 Important advices
ATTENTION!
PROTECTION FOR LACK OF OIL!
The ZIPPER
cannot be started when there is
too less oil in it!
ZIPPER machines don't assume
liability for operation mistakes.
This also applies to complaints
which can be traced to the pro-
tection for the lack of oil when
there is too less oil in the ma-
chine. All the expenses at a justi-
fied complaint will be brought to
account by ZIPPER machines.
ATTENTION!
READ THIS MANUAL BEFORE
OPERATION!
The operation manual is part of
the machine and the customer
must read it before the first use.
When the machine is given to
another person you must also
give him this manual.
The plate compactor is running
by petrol.
For operation temperatures of
10° to 30°C ZIPPER recommends
SAE 10W 30 CD engine oil.
SAE 10W 40 reduces (extremely
at higher temperatures) the en-
gine power.
Before you use the machine the
first time you have to control the
right belt tension!
