Add the water or broth last, filling it up to between the min and max indication lines. Make sure that
the appliance is always filled between the minimum (1200 ml) and maximum (2200 ml) indicators.
Make sure there is enough liquid so that the starch in the ingredients cannot burn. Take into account
a ratio of 40% vegetables to 60% moisture.

Place the lid back onto the jug. Ensure it is securely in place.

Plug the cable in the power socket at the bottom of the handle. Insert the mains plug into the power
socket. The indicator lights will blink one by one.

Select the required programme (smooth, extra smooth, chunky, blend/clean, soy/nut milk, jam,
juice) by pressing the setting button 'SELECT'. Confirm with the start button 'START/STOP'.
! Attention: the jug will heat up.

When the programme is finished, a signal will sound for one minute. After one minute, the appliance
will turn itself off automatically. Be careful when you pour out the soup!
! Caution: if you want to turn the appliance off during the programme or want to change the
programme, press and hold the on/off button for a few seconds.
! Do not use the appliance without ingredients.
SAUTÉ FEATURE
Use this feature to sauté garlic, onion or bacon before making your soup. You can only use this feature
when the lid is removed. Never use the sauté feature for more than 10 minutes.

Remove the lid. Be careful with the blade.

Plug the power cable into the back of the appliance. Insert the mains plug into the power socket. The
sauté button indicator lamp lights up red.
3.
Add oil or butter to the receptacle. If you sauté in butter, we recommend adding a small amount of
oil to prevent the butter from burning.
