Avoid breaks or other distractions until completion.
You can proceed at your own pace, yet repetition
is the key to our concept. We recommend at least
15 minutes per day, 5 days per week. For quicker,
more dramatic improvement, you can practice more
often.
You can redo the sessions as many times as you
want before proceeding.
