EN IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AND KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.
Battery installation
Insert one high quality alkaline (Mignon LR6) type battery into the battery slot.
Follow closely the battery polarity instructions.
Battery information
• If normal batteries are empty, do not try to recharge them – exchange them for
new ones.
• Do not expose the batteries to fire or high temperatures.
• The connection terminals must not be short-circuited.
Notes for disposal of batteries
Used batteries are not to be disposed of with household waste. Consumers are
legally obligated to return batteries to the appropriate collecting points. They can
also be taken to any place where they are sold. Used batteries contain valuable
resources, which can be recycled.
Radio movement automatic positioning and first receipt
After inserting the alkaline battery into the battery slot, the first step is to quickly
and automatically zero the second hand to the 12 o'clock position. The hour and
minute hand will also quickly auto zero to the 12 o'clock position (if the power
reset does not function, you can press the RESET key). The whole process takes
between four and six minutes. After zeroing, the hour, minute and second hands
no longer move. It will then enter the automatic radio signal receiving state (the
initial state). After about 3 to 12 minutes of reception time, if the correct time signal
is received, the clock will quickly turn and point to the correct time position. If it
fails, the clock will exit the receiving state and resume normal operation, according
to the internal memory hand position of the clock.
Manual time adjustment
• Manual timing may be performed in the received or non-received normal ope-
rating mode.
• While the hands are pointing to 12 o'clock, press the M.SET button for three
seconds. The minute hand will move forward one minute. Now it is possible
to adjust the time, which has already been adjusted by one minute. From that
position, the minute hand will move forward one minute each time you press the
M.SET button. If you keep the M.SET button pressed, the hour and minute hands
(please note that the second hand cannot be adjusted) will run at high speed.
Once you release the M.SET button, the system will automatically exit the manual
time adjusting state after 10 seconds and keep running from the time you set
(the clock has now exited the receiving state).
• When the clock runs in the normal operating mode, you can keep the M.SET
button pressed for three seconds and all the hands will stop. Now you can start
adjusting the time. The minute hand will move forward one minute each time we
press the M.SET button. If you keep the M.SET button pressed, the hour pointer
and minute hand (please note that the second cannot be adjusted) will run at
high speed. Once you release the M.SET button, the system will automatically
exit the manual time adjusting state after 10 seconds and will keep on running
from the time you set.

Reset
Press the RESET button once. The hour/minute/second hands will move to the
12 o'clock position and clear all of the internal information. It will then re-enter the
automatic radio signal reception status (the initial state).
Receive radio signals automatically every day
• Manual timing may be performed in the received or non-received normal ope-
rating mode.
• If the clock has not received the radio signal correctly, it will receive the signal
at seven time points, 1:22 a.m., 3:22 a.m., 5:22 a.m., 9:22 a.m., 2:22 p.m., 5:22 p.m.,
and 9:22 p.m..
• The two time points of the clock, 1:22 a.m. and 2:22 p.m., are the time points of
the radio signal reception. If the reception is successful, the subsequent time
point no longer receives the signal. Otherwise, the signal will be received at the
later time.
• In order to reduce the interference and facilitate the successful reception of ra-
dio signals, you should stop the second hand rotation while doing this reception.
However, the other hands should be in their normal position.
• If the clock is operated manually, the signals should be received seven times a
day.
• Each receiving time is about 3-12 minutes.
Manual forced reception
In addition to the clock zeroing, artificial timing and receiving status of the three
situations, the clock can be manually forced to receive.
Press the REC button for three seconds. All of the hands of the step clock will stop
(when the second hand of the sweep clock goes to 12 o'clock, all of the hands will
stop). At this time, the clock is in the manual forced reception state and begins
to receive the radio signals. If the correct radio signal is received within 3 to 12
minutes, the clock pointer will quickly turn to the correct time position. Otherwise
(i.e. signal failure), it will recover the hand position (according to the internal me-
mory clock time) and continue normal operation.
Automatic calibration of the mechanical error of the radio clock
In order to eliminate the error of inherent mechanical time aberration or low bat-
tery voltage, it will automatically make a rapid correction positioning operation of
the second hand at 1:00'00" a.m. every day (the step clock takes about six seconds
and the sweep clock takes about 54 seconds). Every 4 days at 1:00'00" a.m., it will
automatically perform a quick correction positioning operation with the hour, mi-
nute, and second hands (takes about four to six minutes).
Used electrical devices should not be disposed of with the household waste!
If you would no longer be able to use the wall clock, each user is legally required
to deliver used electrical devices separately from the household waste,
e.g. at a collection point of his/her municipality / city.
This method would guarantee that the used devices will be professionally recy-
cled.
Guarantee
In addition to the legal guarantee (and without reducing it) you receive 2 years of
total guarantee. That means, you do not have to prove that articles were already
damaged at purchase. In case of guarantee, contact place of purchase.
