OPERATING THE FAN
1. Set the fan on a level and dry surface.
2. Make sure the speed control is at the OFF or 0 position. Plug
the power cord into the socket.
3. To run the fan, rotate the knob to the desired speed:
Low (1), Medium (2), or High(3).
4. Adjust the fan to the desired angle by moving the head up or
down.
5. After turning the fan off, always be sure to unplug it from the
electrical outlet.
CAUTION: Plastic or rubber tabs, like the feet on this unit, may stick to furniture surfac-
es or hardwood floors. These feet may stain or blemish the finish of certain surfaces,
including wood surfaces or hardwood floors. Ensure that floors are this type have a
layer of protection.
CARE, CLEANING, AND MAINTENANCE
Be sure the fan switch is in the "OFF" position and unplugged before cleaning.
• Use only a soft, damp cloth to gently wipe the fan. To clean inlet and outlet ribs,
use a common household vacuum.
• DO NOT immerse the fan in water and never allow water to enter the
Motor Housing.
• DO NOT use gasoline, paint thinner or other abrasive chemicals to clean the fan.
