• This manual contains important information necessary for the proper assembly and safe
use of the appliance.
• Read and follow all warnings and instructions before assembling and using the appliance.
• Keep this manual for future reference.
• Cart MUST be on the ground. Do not place cart on tables or counters. DO NOT move cart
across uneven surfaces.
• Cart should only be rolled on smooth surface.
• Cart should never be rolled up/down stairs or uneven surface
• Make sure your grill has fully cooled before moving.
• Make sure your grill has fully cooled before assembling into cart.
• Some components may have sharp edges. Use caution to avoid injury.
• Only use your grill and cart in a properly maintained, well ventilated outdoor area.
• Only use this cart with the Kamado Joe Jr. grill.
• Do NOT overload the cart.
Cleaning & Care
Your Kamado Joe cart is made of quality materials, so general care and
maintenance is minimal.
1. Inspect hardware and assembled parts on a regular basis to ensure cart is in safe working condition.
2. Clean cart with mild dish detergent. Wipe outside of cart with a damp rag. DO NOT use oven cleaner or
other cleaning agents. Make sure to dry thoroughly.
3. Always cover and store cart in a protected DRY AREA.
4. When cart is not in frequent use, even when using a grill cover, remember to check your cart periodically
to avoid possible rust and corrosion due to moisture buildup.
