Gefeliciteerd met de aankoop van uw Espresso Automatic Serie EA815-EA816-EA817. Met dit apparaat kunt
u een grote verscheidenheid aan drankjes bereiden, van espresso of koffie tot ristretto, en dat volledig auto-
matisch. U kunt ook melkdranken bereiden zoals cappuccino. Het werd zo ontworpen dat u thuis van dezelfde
kwaliteit kunt genieten als in een restaurant, op elk moment van de dag of week. U zult al snel overtuigd zijn van
zowel de kwaliteit in het kopje als van het grote gebruiksgemak. Zo bepaalt u zelf het volume, de sterkte en de
temperatuur van uw dranken.
Dankzij het Compact Thermoblock System met ingebouwde zetgroep, de 15 bar-pomp, maakt u al vanaf het
eerste kopje ristretto's, espresso's en hete koffie, met een maximum aan smaak en een goudbruin schuimlaa-
gje.
Volgens de traditie en om de smaak van de drank volledig tot zijn recht te laten komen, wordt de espresso
opgediend in kleine wijd uitlopende porseleinen kopjes. Om een espresso met een optimale temperatuur en

Door het veranderen van het mengsel en/of koffiebranden, zult u een ideaal resultaat verkrijgen.
Espressokoffie heeft een rijker aroma dan klassiek filterkoffie. Ondanks zijn uitgesproken smaak, die sterk
aanwezig is in de mond en langer nasmaakt, bevat espresso minder cafeïne dan filterkoffie (ongeveer 60
tot 80 mg, tegenover 80 tot 100 mg voor klassieke koffie). Dat heeft te maken met de kortere doorlooptijd.
De kwaliteit van het water dat u gebruikt, speelt uiteraard ook een grote rol in de kwaliteit van de koffie in uw
kopje. Gebruik alleen vers en koud water van de kraan (laat het niet stilstaan en in contact komen met de
lucht) dat niet naar chloor ruikt.
Het LCD-display is ergonomisch en comfortabel en vergemakkelijkt uw navigatie. Het loodst u door alle
stappen, van de bereiding van uw drankje tot het onderhoud.
