Warm-up
Warming up helps to improve the blood flow in the body and enables the muscles to work properly.
It will also reduce the risk of cramp and muscle injury. It is advisable to do a few stretching exercises
as shown below. Each stretch should be held for approximately 30 seconds, do not force or jerk your
muscles into a stretch - if it hurts, STOP.

1. TIME. The default time is 10 minutes; press the buttons to adjust the
time before workout.
2. Mode selection.
M = user mode, P1\P2\P3\P4\P5 = auto programs. In user mode, speed
and time need to be adjusted; in auto program, speed and time are auto-
matically controlled.
3. Start/ Stop button. Press START/STOP-button to run or stop the appli-
ance.
4. Oscillation speed. Press the buttons to adjust the oscillation speed (99
levels). Oscillation frequencies:
Level 1 - 95: 5 Hz - 14.4 Hz in steps of 0.1 Hz
Level 96 - 99: 14.55 Hz - 15 Hz in steps of 0.15 Hz
5. Linear speed. Press the buttons to adjust the linear speed during wor-
kout (99 levels). Frequencies:
Level 1 - 96: 3 Hz - 9.65 Hz in steps of 0,07 Hz
Level 97 - 98: 9.75 Hz - 9.85 Hz
Level 99: 10 Hz
