Initial commissioning / Charging
• Compare product and USB power source specifications as they must be identical.
• Use only the supplied USB charging cable.
• Before initial operation, the battery must be fully charged. Depending on the USB power source
used, this can take up to 6 hours.
1. Insert the supplied charging cable into the charging socket of the LED desk lamp.
2. Connect the USB 2.0 port of the charging cable to a USB power source. This can either be a
220/230 V USB charging adapter or the USB port of a PC.
3. The red indicator lights up during charging and goes off when the battery is fully charged.
4. When the battery is charged, disconnect the charging cable from the LED desk lamp and from
the USB power source.
5. The lamp should be recharged at the latest when it starts to dim, or it cannot be turned on.
Use with stand
• Place the lamp on a level and non-slip surface.
• The lamp must be installed in such a way that no persons can be injured by falling, stumbling or
the like.
Switch on / off and brightness
Switching on and off and adjusting the brightness is done via the touch panel.
Touch the sensor touch area briefly to turn the light on / off.
Touch and hold the sensor touch area to adjust the brightness in ascending or descending
regulation.

In the case of a defect, please return the device together with the receipt and original packing
material to the point of sale.
Disposal:
Guideline 2012/19/EC concerning the handling, collection, recycling and disposal of
electrical and electronic equipment and their components ('waste electrical and
electronic equipment', known as WEEE).
The crossed symbol on a rubbish container indicates that the machine or device is not
allowed to be disposed of but it must be handed over to a suitably equipped collection centre for
proper recycling or disposal.
