To start the motor, press down the button (1).

To turn the appliance off, release the button, wait for the blades to stop and remove the plug from the
socket.

Rotate the cover in an anticlockwise direction to remove the food from the container.
Never leave the appliance connected to the socket if it is not in use, especially for long periods
Practical tips
For fine, uniform chopping, cut solid foods into small pieces before putting them in the container; in some
cases (such as parsley) it is a good idea to stop every so often to mix the food and then continue chopping.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Attention: Before cleaning the appliance, turn it off, remove the plug from the outlet.
Use a slightly damp cloth for cleaning of the motor body; do not use metal pads or abrasive products.
Do not wash it under running water, submerge it in water or put it in the dishwasher. Before use, check
that the utensil, and above all the contacts are perfectly dry.
To clean the container, blade and cover washed with soapy water and carefully dried. Before use and
putting away, check that they are completely dry. Do not wash in a dishwasher.
If you decide to no longer use the appliance, we recommend making inoperative by cutting off the
power supply cord (after first making sure that the plug is removed from the mains socket) and make
any parts possibly used as toys harmless (blade).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CORRECT DISPOSAL OF THE PRODUCT IN

At the end of its working life, the product must not be disposed of as urban waste. It must be taken to a
special local authority differentiated waste collection centre or to a dealer providing this service.
Disposing of a household appliance separately avoids possible negative consequences for the
environment and health deriving from inappropriate disposal and enables the constituent materials to be
recovered to obtain significant savings in energy and resources. As a reminder of the need to dispose of
household appliances separately, the product is marked with a crossed-out wheeled dustbin. Incorrect
disposal of the product will lead to the application of administrative sanctions according to current
laws.
