Warranty Terms
SIBRAPE IND. E COM. DE EQUIP. AQUA. E DE FILT. LTDA guarantees the owner/consumer of this equipment a total
guarantee of 12 (twelve) months, consisting of: 275 days of contractual guarantee, in addition to the 90 days of legal
guarantee, counted from the date of delivery of the product, as expressed in the purchase invoice.
This product is guaranteed against any manufacturing defects. The guarantee is characterized by the invoice of
sale.
Defects resulting from:
• Product used inappropriately, recklessly or outside of Sibrape's recommendations or
authorized workshop;
• Repair or alteration by third parties/companies other than Sibrape or authorized workshops;
• Installation incorrectly and contrary to this Manual;
• Natural wear and tear arising from normal operating conditions;
• Use of corrosive or abrasive fluids not foreseen in the equipment design;
• Damage caused by improper transport, falls, etc.;
• Disassembly of the equipment, during the warranty period, without the presence of
a Sibrape representative, except when authorized in writing;
• Is subjected to conditions beyond the limits specified in its technical description;
• Water infiltration and/or natural phenomena (overload and/or atmospheric discharge);
• Improper use or user negligence in installation and operation;
• Damage resulting from poor installation, incorrect electrical sizing, lack of safety devices
incorrect protection or electrical connection of the product;
General warranty conditions
• SIBRAPE guarantees the replacement of parts and labor in the repair of defects duly verified, by
the manufacturer, against any defect in material or manufacturing process, provided that, at the discretion of its
authorized technicians, a defect is found under normal conditions of use.
• The products are guaranteed in the event of a manufacturing fault that makes them unsuitable or
unsuitable for the applications for which they are intended.
• Parts and parts replaced in products outside the warranty period will have their warranty period of 90
days from the date the product is returned to the customer.

Warranty Limitations
• Expiry of the warranty periods mentioned above.
• Connection of the instrument to the electrical network outside the specified standards or subject to
excessive variations in electrical voltage (Volts).
• Bad use and in disagreement with the operation manual and technical local law.
• Damage caused by natural agents (atmospheric discharge "rays", floods, sea air, among others) or
excessive exposure to heat.
• Use of the product in environments subject to corrosive gases, acidity, places with high or low
temperatures, etc.
