Cleaning and maintenance
Slide the reassembled dirty water tank back onto the main unit.
Troubleshooting
Use this troubleshooting guide to resolve any common problems that you may encounter with
the unit. If the problem persists, do not use the unit and contact an authorised repair centre
to have it inspected and if necessary, repaired.
Problem
The spot cleaner
does not work.
No water releases
when pressing
the water release
button.
Possible Cause
• The spot cleaner is
not connected to the
mains socket.
• The fuse needs
replacing.
• The power cord is
damaged.
• The wash tool, the
water outlet on the
hose handle or the
hose is blocked.
• The clean water
tank is incorrectly
fitted.

Solution
• Securely insert the plug into the
mains socket. Press the ON/OFF
button. If the spot cleaner is still not
working, ask a qualified technician to
check the spot cleaner.
• Replace the fuse in the plug.
• Contact an authorised repair centre
to mend the power cord.
• Remove and clean these parts
as shown in the Cleaning and
maintenance section.
• Make sure the wash tool is securely
connected to the hose handle.
• Remove and then reinsert the clean
water tank, making sure it clicks
firmly into place.
