Fasten the ENDS (B) and BRACES (C and D) to the
TOP (A). Tighten eight 2-3/16" HEX HEAD SCREWS (1)
using the L-WRENCH (3).

NOTE: You should start each SCREW a few turns
before completely tightening any of them.
