PROBLEM
Massager doesn't
turn on

CAUSE
Power adapter plug is loose
Power is off
No power
The 15-minute timer
The massager' s overheat
protection feature will switch
off the massager
automatically when too hot
May choose high intensity
People who do not massage
often may be sensitive
It takes time to heat up
The heating function isn't
turned on

SOLUTION
Reconnect the plug to the
outlet
Press the power button to turn
on the massager
Try a different power outlet
The massager has a timer and
will turn off on its own after 15
minutes. You can press the
power button to start another
15-minute massage
Wait for the massager to
cool down before powering
it back on
Choose low intensity
Place a towel between you
and the massager
Wait 3-5 minutes
Press heat button to turn it on
