Preparing the pop-up assembly
□
Remove the stopper (D) and ange (E).
□
Screw the nut (G) all the way down, and push
the gasket (F) down.

Installing the horizontal rod,
stopper, and strap
□
Remove the pivot nut (I).
□
Install the horizontal rod (J) and stopper (D), as
shown (1).
□
Hand tighten the pivot nut (I).
□
Attach the horizontal rod (J) to the strap (M)
using the clip (K).

Installing the pop-up body and
pop-up flange
□
Apply silicone to the underside of the ange (E).
□
Apply thread sealant tape to the top threads of
the pop-up body (H) in a clockwise direction,
as shown.
□
Insert the pop-up body (H) into the sink. Screw
the ange (E) onto the pop-up body (H). The pivot
hole (1) must face the back of the sink.
□
Use the groove joint pliers to tighten the nut (G),
but do not over tighten. Do not turn the pop-up
body (H) while tightening the nut (G) or the
sealant may not seal properly. Clean away any
excess putty.
