Meaning / solution
•
Battery (HC-9 / HCS-9) is damaged / low
· Check battery capacity
· Replace / charge battery
•
Stop using the tool and let it cool down
•
Ventilation holes are blocked
· Clean holes
•
Return is not completed
· Push pistol backwards (HC-12)
•
The return spring is broken (HC-18B model)
· Replace the return spring
•
A foreign object is in the relief valve (HC-7 / HCS-6)
· Clean the relief valve
•
Oil level is too high / low
· Fill the tank with oil (HC-11 / HCS-10)
· Drain excess oil
•
The valve (HC-7 / HCS-6) remains open due to fouling
· Clean the relief valve
•
The oil level is low
· Fill the tank with oil (HC-11 / HCS-10)
•
There are bubbles in the hydraulic circuit
· Ventilate the hydraulic circuit
•
There is dirt between piston rod and tool
· Move the piston (HC-12) to the end of the stroke position and clean
it

The return spring is broken (HC-18B model)
· Replace the return spring
•
Check for foreign objects in the sealing area
· Clean the area
