Status
The motor does not start
The motor is overheating
The piston does not work
Incomplete pistol stroke
Intermittent piston stroke
Piston return is not completed
The tool is leaking oil
For failure other than above situations, please stop using the tool and contact your local dealer for service.

Meaning / solution
• Battery (HC-9 / HCS-9) is damaged / low
· Check battery capacity
· Replace / charge battery
• Stop using the tool and let it cool down
• Ventilation holes are blocked
· Clean holes
• Return is not completed
· Push pistol backwards (HC-12)
• The return spring is broken (HC-18B model)
· Replace the return spring
• A foreign object is in the relief valve (HC-7 / HCS-6)
· Clean the relief valve
• Oil level is too high / low
· Fill the tank with oil (HC-11 / HCS-10)
· Drain excess oil
• The valve (HC-7 / HCS-6) remains open due to fouling
· Clean the relief valve
• The oil level is low
· Fill the tank with oil (HC-11 / HCS-10)
• There are bubbles in the hydraulic circuit
· Ventilate the hydraulic circuit
• There is dirt between piston rod and tool
· Move the piston (HC-12) to the end of the stroke position and clean
it
• The return spring is broken (HC-18B model)
· Replace the return spring
• Check for foreign objects in the sealing area
· Clean the area
