Possible Causes
Not enough water to
produce ice.
There is too much ice

No ice cube inside the ice

is blocked.
Hot Air outlet has been
blocked by something.
Water temperature in
inner tank is too high.
Refrigeration system
malfunctions.
Drain plug not installed

The seal has reached
service life
Solution
Turn off the ice maker, fill
it with water, and press the
ICE/CLEAN button again to
restart the ice making
process.
Turn off the ice maker,
remove the ice from the
ice basket, and press the
ICE/CLEAN button again to
restart the ice making
process.
Check to see if there is
anything obstructing the
inside of the ice maker or
try drying the interior of
the ice maker.
Please run the ice maker
below 90 Fahrenheit
degree ambient and pour
colder water into the
water tank.
Press the ICE/CLEAN
button twice to restart ice
making process. If this
problem shows up again,
contact customer support.
Hot Air outlet must be
guaranteed to have more
than 6 inches of ventilation
distance.
Water temperature
requirement between 7℃-
32℃.
Contact customer support.
Put the drain plug in place.
It must be secured tightly.
