LAVATORY INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Test fit the lavatory on the top of the vanity base.
The vanity base is designed to have a resting area for the lavatory to keep it in place.
(Refer to Fig. 1)
2. Remove the top and install the faucet (not included) per faucet manufacturer's
installation instructions.
3. Apply a thin bead of caulking compound (not included) around
the front and two sides of the base where the lavatory rests and
set the lavatory carefully in place. Lavatory should protrude
/ " - / " from the sides and the front when installed correctly.

Remove any excess caulking compound with a wet rag.
4. Attach water lines to the faucet and connect the "P-trap" and
drain (not included) as per manufacturer's installation instructions.
WALL MIRROR INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Center the mirror with the vanity to your desired height. Use 1" screw or 1" wall anchor (not included) to hang mirror. Be sure the hanging
hardware is rated to handle the weight of the mirror. The Mirror weight is approximately 20 lbs.

Cleaning Instructions: Use non-abrasive cleaners only, or a soft lint-free cloth.
