The setting will be ended automatically after 7 setting values are set through
repeating the step.
4.2 "dAt" - Device Date and time setting
Year: (2019-2099) the default value is 2019, displayed as 19
Month: (1-12) / Day: (1-31) automatically adjusts the day numbers according to
the different months / Hours: (0-23) / Minutes: (0-59)
After minute setting, it can be returned to previous interface through press on
"confirm" key.
If the device fails to enter the installation state after the date setting is complete,
the display will scroll "InS" and "n", you can remove the battery and restart the
process. When the device successfully enters the installation state, the display
will show "AdA", you can proceed to the next step to set the valve.
4.3 "Aer" Window-opening setting
When the temperature is dropped rapidly, for example indoor temperature drops
by 5 degrees in 5 minutes. The device will judge that window of the room is open;
Device dropped temperature for setting degree in during time (default 10:00
minute). The temperature will not fall below 15°C, the minimum value. When the
function is enabled, LED "C" will light on.
Rotate the knob to LED display "Aer" and press "confirm" to enter
"windows-opening" set mode
First adjust drop temperature : range is (0.5°C -29.5°C ), with 0.5°C of accuracy.
Press "confirm" key to modify.
Rotate the knob right and left to adjust duration, (0-60 minutes), step forward
every 1 minutes. When duration is set as 0, window-opening function is
deactivated. Conduct a short press on "confirm" key to confirm and return.
4.4 "Tof "- Temperature offset correction
As the device install with heating radiator, its detect temperature is near radiator,
it can have discrepancy between real room temperature and measured
temperature by device. We can use this setting to correct the temperature offset.
Discrepancy setting can be between ±5°C. For example actual room
temperature is 18°C but the device indicate 20°C, we can set +2.0°C.
The other way round is also possible. Rotate the knob to select the temperature
offset (-5.5°C - 5.5°C ) and press "confirm" key to confirm.
4.5 "Res" - Factory default setting
Turn Knob to select "rES", then press on "confirm" key to enter setting mode.
Note : If the function is selected, previous personal settings will be delected.
The screen will display "COF", press on "confirm" key.
4.6 "Pos" valve position
Displays the position of the valve in percentage. The data of percentage will
show the valve open status.
Note : After the parameters setting are finished press the "E" button to return to
the main interface.
5 - Other functions
5.1 Setting of comfortable mode and energy-saving mode
Set temperature for comfortable mode and energy-saving mode by
"comfortable/energy-saving" "E" key as figure. In the factory default setting,
comfortable temperature is 21°C, energy-saving temperature is 17°C.
Long press the touch "E"" energy-saving and comfortable mode" key to enter
the setting mode. The "E" Key LED lighting will switch off. Turn the knob to select
the expected temperature for comfortable temperature and then press
"confirm". Turn the knob to change the evergy-saving temperature and press the
"confirm" key in the end to save the modification.
To switch from Comfort mode to Energy Saver mode, turn the knob or press any
key, and press the "E" key to switch from Comfort mode to Energy Saver mode,
the "H" LED zone will light up at its set temperature between Comfort mode and
Energy Saver mode, the selected temperature will be that of the chosen mode.
If the appliance switches from Manual mode to Comfort / Energy Saver mode,
the device will continue work on this mode till next changement by manually.
If the appliance switches from Automatic mode to Comfort/Energy Saver mode,
the device will enter Auto mode automaticly again after the device finish its
present cycle time.
Note : Comfortable mode and energy-saving mode can only be used in manual
mode and automatic mode.
5.2 Stop mode
After winter season, if user do not use the heating system anymore.
Device can be set competely into heating-stopping mode.
In the manual mode, turn the wheel to the left until the display shows "off" to
close it completely ; turn the wheel to the right until the display shows ''On'' to
reopen completely or just turn the knob to the right and select a temperature to
exit stop mode.
5.3 Anti freezing mode
If it is not neccesary to provide heating for room, thermostat can be set to anti
freezing mode. In this mode, heating valve is closed, unless there is risk of frost
(when the room temperature drops to 0°C, thermostat will open the valve
automatically, until the temperature rises to 5°C). Anti- calcification protection
remains effective.Turn the knob to left until the screen displays "Off", indicating
that device enters into anti-freezing mode.Turn the knob to right to change the
temperature to exit anti-freezing mode.
5.4 Child lock mode
Press Key" "G" and Key" "E" simultaneously to open child safety lock, and the
screen displays "LOC" letter.
Press Key" "G" and Key" "E" simultaneously once again to close child safety
lock, the screen doesn't display "LOC" letter.
5.5 Anti-calcification protection
Anti-calcification can protect the valve being jammed. If valve has not been
moved within a week, device will automatically open and close one time at 00:00
every Saturday.
5.6 Low Battery indication
If battery is low, after wakeup the display by touch key or knob, the letters "BAT"
brink 5 seconds and then enter normal working mode, it inform user to change
battery immediately. This indication will repeat at begining of every display wake
up time when battery is low. If user want to stop the brink to pass step to main
menu to save the energy, press the confirm key to continue immediately, the LED
"BAT" will stop brink to enter the normal mode at once.
We recommend to change the battery immediately after battery low.
5.7 Activate the Zigbee connection
With a long press on confirm key for more than 5 seconds, the screen will display
"PAr" for 2 seconds. Zigbee connection is turned on.
