The Majo ity MP3 Pro is not powe ing
on.
Cannot play the uploaded files.
The Majo ity MP3 Pro will not tu n on,
the display is black.
Bluetooth exte nal speaker/ audio
output source cannot connect.
No sound.
Buttons do not function.

Potential Cause/Solution
Check if the MP3 player is in Standby
Mode.
Check if the player is fully charged, re-
charge.
Check is the files uploaded from
computer are in suppo ted fo mats.
Inse t a pin into the tiny hole 'Reset'
(Ref.13).
Check if Bluetooth is activated on the
MP3 Go player and, on your device, and
re-connect.
Check if your exte nal speaker is
compatible with Bluetooth version 5.0.
Increase volume.
Check if the audio files are in suppo ted
fo mats.
Check if the Majo ity MP3 Pro is locked,
please unlock.
Process a display reset by inse ting a
pin into the tiny Reset hole (Ref.13).
