2. Can I control the device via 2G/3G/4G mobile
network?
The Bluetooth Mesh Hub and the mobile device must be
under the same Wi-Fi network when the product is first
added. After successful configuration of the device, you
can control it remotely via 2G/3G/4G mobile network.
3.How can I share my device with my family?
Open the application, select the product, click on the
pencil on the top right, give it to "Share device", "Add",
select one of the 3 methods shown in the application
and follow the app prompts.
4. How to reset this device?
Factory reset: after plugging in the Bluetooth Mesh Hub,
press and hold the on/off button for 8 seconds until the
LED flashes.
Hub status indicator LED:
•
Fast blinking (twice per second): the "Bluetooth
Mode" configuration starts.
•
Slow blinking (once every three seconds): the "AP
Mode" setting starts.
