Step 8:
Connect the upper tube with one bolt (part E), one nut (part K), and one washer (part H).
The order of connecting the pipes must be as shown in the figure.
First, put the washer on the bolt. Then insert the bolt from the inside through Tube # 1, Tube #
2, Tube # 3, Tube # 4 and Tube # 5, and hand tighten the nut on the bolt.
Make sure the tubing is always in a counterclockwise direction.
Step 9:
Now tighten all screws firmly using tools I and J.
Step 10:
Take one handle (part C) and one nut (part D).
Place the handle at the end of the bolt on the frame. Tighten it with the nut.
Note that the notch of the handle must be at pipe No. 1 so that it fits against the bars (see picture).
