Cleaning and care
Clean the device and accessories after every use:
1. Wipe the mop and extension handle with a soft cloth moistened with a
small amount of warm or weak soapy water, then with a cloth moistened
with clean water. After that, wipe it dry.
2. Clean the fabric pads according to the manufacturer's product care
instructions on the labels.
3. Rinse the rest of the accessories under warm running water and wipe them
dry (Fig. F).
Troubleshooting
The device does not work. Possible causes: faulty electric socket; damaged
power cord or electric plug. Solution: check if the socket is functional by
plugging a different device into it; contact a service center.
No steam release. Possible causes: not enough water in the tank; the ball
on the water feed pipe is not submerged in water. Solution: add water into
the tank; make sure that the pipe is not kinked and that the ball is
submerged in water.
Water is left on the cleaned surface. Possible cause: the fabric pad is too
wet. Solution: turn the device off and let it cool down completely, then wring
the pad.
ATTENTION! If none of the suggested solutions helped you eliminate the
problem, contact the supplier or an authorized service center. Do not
disassemble the device or attempt to repair it yourself.
