TROUBLESHOOTING
SOLUTION
1. The carafe is not positioned and adjusted correctly.
Fit the carafe correctly.
2. The lid is not closed properly. Close the lid correctly
3. There is some spillage on the overflow sensor. Clean up any spills.
1. The cover has come loose. Close the cover correctly.
2. The carafe is not properly positioned and tightened on the base.
Fit the carafe correctly.
1. Possibly the pieces were too large initially . Use the pulse function
until the desired texture is obtained.
2. The selected program is not the correct one. Try another program.
3. There was not enough water or liquid for the program to work
properly. Be sure to add the amount of water or liquid required
or indicated in the recipe.
1. Cut the ingredients into small pieces before pouring them into
the pitcher.

Some foods require longer cooking time. Select any temperature
program until the ingredients are cooked to your liking.
This is caused by high sugar or starch content, too much food
or not enough water/liquid. Check the recipe.

Turn off the machine, let it cool down and turn it on again.
