Use
To turn the headset on or off, press and hold the power button for 3
seconds.
Adjust the headband to your preference before putting it on.
Before putting on the headset, lower the volume to a minimum, then
put on the headset, then slowly increase the volume to a comfortable
listening level.
The microphone is flexible and detachable, adjust it as needed.
If there is no audio input within 15 minutes the headset will power off
automatically.
Controls
Press the power button to play or pause.
To adjust the volume, use the volume control.
Volume control works differently depending on cable and device used.
For USB-A to a computer you can use the volume control normally. If
you connect to a phone the volume will be controlled from your phone
(not the headset).
Use the microphone switch to turn the microphone on or off. A tone
will be played to confirm.
3.5 mm audio
To use the 3.5 mm port, connect a 3.5 mm audio cable.
To control the volume, use your phone or other connected device (the
headset volume control will not work).
When a 3.5 mm cable is connected it will disconnect the wireless
connection and it will not be possible to connect wirelessly until the 3.5
mm cable is disconnected.
USB receiver
Connect the USB receiver to your device (for example a computer).
They will connect automatically.
The LED status will change to static blue to confirm successful
connection.
If the connection fails, the headset till power off after 5 minutes.
Pull the USB receiver out to disconnect.
Use the power button on the headset to reset the connection. Press
and hold for about 5 seconds to reset.
LEDs
To turn the LEDs on or off, press and hold the function button for 2
seconds. Default mode is LEDs are off.
Sound modes
To switch between 7.1 audio channels and 2.0, double click on the
function button. Default sound mode is 2.0 channels.
The headset remembers last used sound mode.
Charging
Use the USB-A to USB-C cable to charge, connect to computer or USB
power adapter or other USB power source.
Charging = Status LED is red.
Fully charged = Status LED is turned off.
Low battery = Status LED flashes red.
The USB cable can only be used for charging, not for audio.
You can use the headset wirelessly even while charging.
Cleaning
Clean the product by using a dry cloth.
Safety instructions
1. Keep the product dry. Keep it away from all liquids. This product is
not waterproof.
2. Do not open up or try to repair the product by yourself.
3. Keep the product and packaging out of reach of children to prevent
accidents and choking hazards.
4. Do not drop or expose to shock damage.
5. Do not listen with high volume for longer periods of time.
6. Do not use the headset while riding a bicycle or driving a car.
7. Before using the headset lower the volume to a minimum and then
gradually increase it while listening.
Troubleshooting
USB
Make sure the microphone has been set in the audio settings.
If the headset is not recognized, go to the audio settings, and choose
audio debugging, click ok and restart the computer. And try again. You
can also try using another USB port.
USB receiver
Use the button on the receiver to reset the connection. Press and hold
for about 5 seconds to reset.
If they are not connecting, try to disconnect and connect the USB
receiver. Make sure the headset is powered on and has battery, and that
it is within 1 meter range. 1 meter range is not the max range, it is just
mentioned for trouble shooting purposes.
