INSPECTIONS
• Control the pallet truck before use, checking the functioning of the wheels, any leaks, damage, anomalies or worn parts.
• Swing the handle and move the control lever into different positions to activate the lift, neutral and lowering functions, checking
the functioning in the various stages.
• Check the condition of the pallet truck immediately If it has been subject to an overload or collided with another object.
TRANPORT AND STORAGE
When transporting the pallet truck, remove the load, lower the pallet truck to its lowest position and secure it with lashing straps.
During transport, cover the pallet truck with a tarp to protect it against rain and wet atmospheric conditions.
For storage, remove the load, lower the pallet truck to its lowest position and lubricate the relative points to protect it from
corrosion and dust. Store the pallet truck on a flat dry surface in a safe place away from traffic areas. The handle must be left in
raised position to eliminate any tripping hazard risks.
If the pallet truck is to be stored for a long period of time, remove the handle and cover the pallet truck with a waterproof tarp.
MAINTENANCE
Maintenance and repair activities must be carried out by skilled personnel. For these activities you can contact the Beta Utensili
S.p.A. Repair Centre.
WARNING
The pump oil capacity is around 400 ml (or ~0.40 kg), check the level every 3 months a surplus of oil might cause
troubles.
Use any hydraulic oil of gradation iso 22
NEVER USE BRAKE FLUID.
DISPOSAL
Pallet truck, accessories and packaging must be sent to a waste disposal centre in accordance with the laws in force in the country
where the crane is used.
WARRANTY
This pallet truck is manufactured and tested according to current European standards. It is covered by a warranty for a period of
12 months for professional use or 24 months for non-professional use.
We repair faults due to material or production defects, either repairing or replacing the defective parts at our discretion.
The performance of one or more interventions within the warranty period does not change the expiry date of the warranty.
Defects due to wear and tear, incorrect or improper use and breakages caused by collisions and/or dropping are not covered by
the warranty.
The warranty is null and void if modifications are made to the crane, if it is tampered with or if it is sent for servicing
disassembled.
Damage/injury to property/persons of any type and/or nature, whether direct and/or indirect is expressly excluded.
