To Charge Your Device
1. Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet.
2. Plug the other end of the cord into the BGM's charging port.
Charging Troubleshooting
If your device does not turn on when you press the power
button on, your battery may not be fully charged. If after
6 hours of charging the device the device does not turn on,
contact Customer Care at (888) 666-4530 or (1) (978) 610-4688
(International) (9AM-9PM ET, M-F).
Warning:
• Please only use the included charger to charge your meter;
other chargers may result in excessive heating of the device.
• Please call Customer Care and discontinue use if you feel the
meter is heating up signifi cantly when charging.
