5. Use
5.1
Setting up the trestle
See fig.p. 2.
1. Trestle when folded / carry position.
2. Release the first pair of legs by pressing the
locking button (2) (see marking on the trestle) from
the housing and unfold until they stop.
3. Pull apart the pair of legs (3) and push the cross
strut (4) lying flat until it engages.
4. Unfold the second pair of legs by pressing the
locking button as done with the first.
5. Also pull the legs apart (3) and push the cross
strut (4) lying flat until it engages. Provide a secure
base for the legs.
Turn the trestle around and place onto the legs.
6. Fold the locking mechanism (5) for the height
adjustment down, then press, to set the correct leg
(3) length. Let engage in the desired position. To
retract the legs (3), open the locking mechanism
(5), press and then push the leg upwards.
For a firm stand, all four legs must be set to an
identical height position!
When returning the trestle to the folding
state or carrying position , ensure that the
legs have first been pushed together to the
minimum setting.
Folding the trestle is done in reverse order (6. -1.).
5.2
Create a workbench using two or more
trestles
See fig.p. 2.
7. Undo the locking mechanism (6) and set the
bracket (7) to the desired width and engage again
the locking mechanism (6). The range extends from
0 mm to 90 mm, suitable for different sizes of
squared timber.
8. In order to connect the trestles, insert squared
timber into the openings (7) of the trestles. If
necessary, fix the squared timber with bores (8) sot
that the squared timber is level with the surface of
the trestle. Place a plywood panel or similar over the
10
squared timber and trestles and ensure that the
panel is firmly supported on all contact faces. If
necessary fix with screws. See fig. 8 & 10
8. In order to fix semi-stationary tools onto the
trestles, the slotted holes must face each other (10)
(see fig. 12).
5.3
Process material laterally on the side of
the trestle
See fig. 11 p. 3
9. Unfold the material holder (13) to position the
material to be processed. Ensure that the material
rests firmly on the holders!
Maximum load capacity 40kg!
5.4
Recesses on the top of the trestle
• The slotted holes (10) are used to fix semi-
stationary machines. See fig. 12 p. 4
• Clamps can be inserted in the round holes (11) to
fix material to the trestle.
• Bores (9) to fix squared timber.
• In order to protect the material positioned, single-
use foam rubber pads (12) can be glued on.
• In order to prevent the material placed on the work
trestle from slipping, sandpaper supports (12) can
be glued on.
