Checking the product and package contents

Opening the packaging carelessly with a sharp knife or other sharp
objects may damage the product.
− Be very careful when opening the packaging.
− Remove the product from its packaging.
− Check that all package contents are present (see fig. A on page 3).
− Check the product and the individual parts for damage. If you
discover any damage, do not use the product. Please contact the
manufacturer via the service address indicated on the warranty
card.

− Please be aware that the coating on the fire bowl and the
accessories may burn as a result of the high temperatures
reached during use.
− Storing the fire bowl outdoors without protection and exposed to
weather effects may lead to rust build-up. This does not indicate
that the fire bowl is faulty; it is a characteristic of the product and
does not affect the 2-year warranty.
− Even when the fire bowl is cooled down, do not place it on
surfaces which can be damaged by exposure to rust, such as
tiled terraces or wooden floors.
