6. FAULT DETECTION AND IDENTIFICATION
Depending on the symptoms you observe, you can detect the probable cause and solve the problem:
Failure
The engine does not
work
El motor funciona
pero no bombea
agua o bombea poca
cantidad
In the event that any other problem arises or you cannot solve those on the list, take your machine/accessory to
the nearest technical service.
Cause
The machine is not connected to power
Damaged cable
Damaged switch
Worn brushes
Blocked turbine
Overload protection activated
Check if the Failure led is on
Clogged suction or delivery pipe
Clogged turbine
Water below minimum level
Suction pipe takes in air
Improper priming of the machine
Suction height greater than 8m
Plug the machine into power
Send the machine to technical service.
Never repair the cable with electrical tape
Send the machine to technical service
Send the machine to technical service
Unplug the machine and remove objects
that block the rotation of the turbine
Go to point 6.2.3. RESET of this manual
Unplug the machine and remove objects
Unplug the machine and remove objects
Stop the pump or lower the height of the
pump with respect to the water
Check the tightness of the suction pipe
Follow the steps in section 5.2.3
