TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBABLE CAUSE
Condensation
Switch is defective.
Adjustable Thermostat is defec-
tive or in the "Off" position.
No voltage.
Out of fuel.
Fuel tank inlet tube screen ob-
structed.
Trigger gun is closed.
Fuel pickup screen is obstructed.
Temperature above thermostat
setting.
Flexible coupler broken.
Dirty or clogged fuel filter.
Fuel pump sucking air.
Fuel pump inoperative.
Dirty or clogged fuel nozzle.
Ignition electrodes not set proper-
ly, damaged or worn.
Fuel solenoid valve failure.
High PSI mode.
Switch is defective position.
No voltage.
Motor overload.
Fuel pump seized.
Water in the fuel oil.
Dirty fuel filter/water separator.
Fuel pickup screen is obstructed.
Dirty fuel nozzle.
Improper air adjustment setting.
Fuel pump malfunctioning.
Low fuel pump pressure.
Dirty fuel nozzle.
Improper air adjustment setting.
REMEDY
May occur in cool, humid conditions.
Check switch position or replace.
Check switch position or replace.
Contact Customer Service.
Refuel.
Remove, clean or replace tube.
Open trigger gun for pressure.
Remove, clean or replace.
Unit will automatically reignite when cool.
Replace.
Drain or replace as necessary.
Tighten all fuel intake connections. Eliminate
leaks in intake line.
Check pressure, replace if needed.(Pressure
should be checked by an authorized service
technician.)
Replace.
Contact Customer Service.

Verify burner switch is in the "ON" position.

Allow motor to cool. Repair or replace.
