• Use only the mattress cover
included with this product. Do
not use a sheet with the mattress
pad.

without boards and foam pads.
Ensure that 2 mattress boards
and 2 mattress pads are inside
mattress cover and mattress
cover hook and loop tabs are
completely secured before use.
Always assemble mattress pad
with foam pad on top of board
and place both fully inside
mattress pad cover.

Do not place items with a string
around a child's neck such as
hood strings or pacifier cords. Do
not suspend strings over a
bassinet or cradle or attach
strings to toys.

with infant in it.

• Never store items in basket
that are not safe for children,
and never allow children to play
around storage basket.
• DO NOT overload storage, and
avoid creating an uneven sleeping

from child when folded.
• Clear floor under bassinet before
using as travel bassinet.
• To help prevent heat build-up
inside the bassinet and to avoid
overheating your child, DO NOT
use an outdoor canopy.
• Fasten all snaps on top rail.
