5 Use & Operation
5.1 Basic operation instruction
5.1.1 Standby state
Power on the power source and turn on the operating switches (1) of the power source, power indicator Light on and will enters
into standby state after soft-start delay of about 10 seconds
Note: During the soft-start period of variable frequency power source, the key does not respond to any operation;
5.1.2 Setting state
When enter into setting state , can set the frequency, voltage and parameters value. After the parameter setting is finished,
pressing the Stop key return to standby state.
5.1.3 Operation state
Under standby state, press Start key, the screen window displays the output parameters of output voltage, current and power;
Although the input and output of variable frequency power source is isolated, dangerous voltage still exists at the output
end after being started, please remind the operators of the danger!
Stop the operation: Under operation state of the power source, press Stop key to stop the power source output and return to
standby state.
5.1.4 Fault state
When the variable frequency power source fails to work properly, audio & video alarming signals will be generated, the power
source enters into fault state and fault code will be displayed and the power source is displayed as shown in Fig. Under this
condition, press the Stop key to eliminate the alarm to return to the standby state.
5.2 Key operation instruction
Stop key: a)Stop output under start state;
b)Cancel alarm signal under alarm state;
c)Exit setting under setting state and record the set parameters.
Start key: Start the power source under standby state.
6 Failure Analysis & Troubleshooting
Fault
After power on, the input switch
light is not on

7 Maintenance
7.1 Daily maintenance
 Clean the power supply box and panel regularly to prevent dust accumulation in the power input and output port.
Do not place heavy debris and containers with liquid on the power supply.

 The power supply should be protected from rain water and direct sunlight.
The power supply should be avoided in the surrounding volatile combustible liquid, corrosive liquid, conductive fiber dust

more places.
7.2 Maintenance during operation
Do not turn off the power switch in the running state of the product (press the stop key first and then turn off the power

switch).
When the power output parameter area flashes and the sound and optical alarm signal exists, the machine enters the

self-protection state and presses the "stop" key to return to the standby state. And check the alarm cause, eliminate the fault
caused by the machine again. If the fault cannot be removed, turn off the machine, check the cause or contact the
manufacturer.

Exclusion method
1.Check whether the power supply
is in good contact;
2.Cut off the power supply and
replace the insurance system.
Turn off the power supply and
restart.

for 5 minutes before working.
