Banana-kiwi smoothie
1 banana
1 kiwi fruit
400 ml orange juice
½ tbs honey
Cut the banana and the kiwi into small
pieces, put them into the jar together with
the other ingredients and activate the
appliance to prepare the smoothie.
Tropical garden smoothie
65 g celery
65 g cucumber
25 g ruccola (arugula)
35 g tomato
100 g banana
55 g pineapple
40 g yoghurt
1 tbs olive oil
10 g linseed
1 tbs honey
80 ml water
