TROUBLESHOOTING

During use, if any irregularities are detected on the appliance's operation, check the below table to understand the
causes and solutions to resolve them. If not possible, please contact the Customer Support Line or go to the store
where the appliance was bought.
Problem
The appliance does
not switch on when
connected to the wall
socket.
The roller ring (C)
does not rotate.
The glass tray (D)
makes noise or stops.
Sparks inside the
microwave oven
during use.
Irregular cooking.
Food excessively
cooked.
Interferences in the
operation of TV,
radio, mobile phone
or other.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
IT IS IMPORTANT TO KEEP THE MICROWAVE OVEN CLEAN AND DRY. FODD RESIDUE AND
CONDENSATION MAY CAUSE RUSTING OR ARCING AND DAMAGE TO THE OVEN. AFTER USE, WIPE DRY
ALL SURFACES, INCLUDING VENT OPENINGS, OVEN SEAMS, AND UNDER GLASS TRAY.
Clean the appliance regularly to prevent its efficiency reduction, the surface's deterioration and smoke that can result
in dangerous situations and decrease the appliance's durability.
Always disconnect the appliance from the wall socket and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning and
remove any food residues.
Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquids.
Exterior casing, glass door and door sealing
Clean the appliance's exterior part, both sides of the glass door, the glass door sealing and the surrounding areas with
a soft and slightly damp cloth and wipe them with a clean and dry cloth. Make sure no water enters in the ventilation
openings to avoid damaging the appliance.
Control panel
Open the glass door to disable the control panel and prevent the appliance to start working accidentally. Clean the
control panel with a slightly damp cloth and without any detergents until it is properly cleaned and wipe it with a soft
and dry cloth.
Warning: do not leave the control panel wet.

Possible Cause
The plug is not fitted correctly into the
wall socket.
The wall socket is damaged.
Lack of power or circuit breaker off.
Glass door open.
It was not selected any power on button.
It was not selected a period of time on
the timer.
The roller ring is not fitted correctly.
There is food or any object blocking the
roller ring.
The glass tray is not fitted correctly on
the roller ring.
Use of unsuitable utensils or recipients.
The appliance was connected when
empty.
Use of unsuitable recipient.
The food is not evenly distributed in the
recipient.
The food was not completely defrosted.
It was not selected the recommended
power or time for cooking.
Appliances too close from each other.
Appliances connected to the same wall
socket.
Solution / Hint
Remove the plug from the wall socket and wait 10 seconds
before connecting it again.
Connect the appliance to a wall socket that works properly.
Check the power supply or connect the circuit breaker.
Close properly the glass door.
Select a power on button.
Select a period of time on the timer.
Fit correctly the roller ring.
Remove the food or object that is blocking the roller ring.
Fit correctly the tray on the roller ring.
Only use suitable utensils and recipients. See "Microwave
oven recipients".
Immediately disconnect the appliance and just use it with
food in its interior. See "Microwave oven recipients".
Only use suitable recipients for the microwave. See
"Microwave oven recipients".
Distribute better the food in the recipient.
Defrost food properly before cooking in the microwave.
Use the defrost function to defrost the food.
Select a most suitable power or time. See "Power table".
Change the position of the appliances. The greater the
distance between them the less is the interference.
Connect each appliance to a different wall socket.
