10. Install new diaphragm into body. NOTE: Metal diaphragms are installed with
indicated stripe facing up.

Install diaphragm washer. NOTE: Metal diaphragm washers are installed with large
radius facing the diaphragm and o-ring.
12. Install bonnet with 200 ft-lbs (271 N•m) torque on SG3XXXXX and 150 ft-lbs (203
N•m) torque on SG1XXXXX and SG2XXXXX.
13. Install regulator back into service, test and check for leaks to ensure proper function
before service is to begin.
