GAS CONVERSION
WARNING: Explosion Hazard
Use a new CSA International approved gas supply line.
Install a shut-off valve.
Securely tighten all gas connections.
If connected to LP, have a qualified person make sure gas pressure does not exceed 14" (36cm) water column.
Examples of a qualified person include: licensed heating personnel, authorized gas company personnel, and
authorized service personnel.
Failure to do so can result in death, explosion, or fire.
The range can be used with Natural Gas or LP/Propane Gas. The range is manufactured from the factory for use
with Natural Gas. A kit for converting to LP/Propane Gas is supplied with your cooktop. The kit is marked "For LP/
Propane Gas Conversion".
NOTE: When the cooktop is converted for LP/Propane Gas, the LP gas supply is required to provide a minimum
of 10" to a maximum of 14" water column to the cooktop regulator.
The conversion must be performed by a qualified service technician in accordance with the kit instructions and
all local codes/requirements.
CAUTION: Failure to follow instructions could result in serious injury.
