Connect the LRF-05 to the PC by means of cable supplied (see 4.1).
Make sure the configuration of the communications port is correct.

The programme will now display a menu by which to define the beginning and end of the
interval of data to be downloaded. By default, the beginning instant is considered to be
that of the last record downloaded and the end instant as the current time on the computer
clock
.
NOTE: It may happen that when downloading data, no data appears. This may be due to
lack of synchronisation between the limiter and the computer. In such cases, we
recommend reprogramming the LRF-05 with the computer time. A simple solution is to
programme a beginning date earlier than the last downloaded record and an end date
later than the moment when the downloading took place.
The kind of communication (USB or modem) and the communications port must be correctly
defined before downloading is attempted.
All the downloaded information is stored in a Microsoft Access (*mdb) file. This file is in the

4.9 Consulting data
Once the data has been downloaded into the PC, the LRF-05 application allows it to be
displayed numerically and graphically, making it possible to characterise in detail the activity
carried out in the establishment where the limiter has been installed.
As shown below, the LRF-05 limiter stores data on two levels: Leq records and session
registers.
The programming contains a Leq time parameter, which defines the duration of
measurement of the continuous equivalent level that is stored in the memory. The LRF-05
measures these equivalent levels consecutively. When a measurement is completed, the
LRF-05 stores this level in a Leq record together with the following parameters:
Date and time of the beginning of the LeqT interval.
Date and time of the end of the LeqT interval.
Leq time.
Average equivalent emission level in the interval.
The maximum permitted equivalent emission level, depending on the time zone
(day or night).
Emission exceeded: time in seconds, during the interval, that the sound pressure
measured in emission has exceeded the maximum emission level programmed,
or, the LRF-05 has applied an attenuation of 60 dB, or with the ENOS option
activated, the LRF-05 has overridden the attenuation.
