• Firmly hold the mower with both hands and position yourself in a safe and stable manner. Keep a balanced
and stable stance while using the machine and do not mow by pulling the machine towards you.
• Keep all parts of the body away from the cutting parts. Do not remove cut material or hold material to
be cut when blades are moving. Make sure the switch is off when clearing jammed material. A moment of
inattention while operating the equipment may result in serious personal injury.

Power tool use and care:
• Choose the equipment model best suited for its intended use, don't exceed maximum capacity, if necessary,
acquire a more suitable model for your application. This will increase efficiency and safety in your work.
• Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn it on and off. Any power tool that cannot be controlled
with the switch is dangerous and must be repaired.
• Disconnect the plug from the power source and/or the battery pack from the power tool before making
any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing power tools. Such preventive safety measures reduce
the risk of starting the power tool accidentally.
• Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow people with physical, sensorial, or mental
handicaps orr without experience or knowledge of use to operate the mower.
• People without the proper experience or knowledge may use this equipment only if supervised and instruc-
ted by someone who is responsible for his or her safety.
• This equipment must not be used by children under any circumstances.
• Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, breakage of parts and any other
condition that may affect the power tools operation. If damaged, have the power tool repaired before use.
• Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained cutting tools with sharp cutting edges are less likely
to bind and are easier to control. Replace any blade that has been damaged. Always make sure blade is
installed correctly and securely fastened before each use. Failure to do so can cause serious injury.
• Use of the power tool for operations different from those intended could result in a hazardous situation.
5.
Service:
• Make sure that the maintenance and operation of the product are made by a person properly trained and
capacitated, using only original replacement parts. This will ensure that the safety of the power tool is
maintained.

The recommended size of extension cord is not lighter than 2,5 mm² and a maximum of 10 meters in length.
Completely uncoil your extension cable before use to prevent over heating and loss of mower efficiency.
When tidying away the cable, wind it carefully to avoid kinking.
7.
Never operate the mower with a damaged base, with defective guards, or without safety devices, fore
example deflectors and/or grass catchers, in place.
8.
Know how to stop quickly in an emergency.

When transporting the mower, disconnect the plug from the power source and carry the mower by the handle
with the cutting part stopped.
10.
In the presence of any abnormality, immediately suspend its operation and contact the nearest SCHULZ
AUTHORIZED DEALER.

Save these instructions. Refer to them frequently and use them to instruct others who may use this tool. If
you loan someone this tool, loan them these instructions also to prevent misuse of the product and possible
injury.
