n WARNING STATUS
The FC500 fire control panel can be programmed to
provide WARNINGS or PREALARMS status before
ALARM status.
The Warning status will be signalled by the WARNING
display (see Figure 39). The panel will generate a war-
ning when an input point (detector) exceeds its warning
threshold and there is risk of an alarm.
WARNING STATUS will be signalled by:
Ø Warning output points;
Ø on fire control panel Display;
Ø Warning Display on the fire control panel and
FC500REP repeater;
In this phase:
Alphanumeric keypad No function is related to
Alphanumeric keypad.
Cursor keys Use the UP Key to view the previous
event (if present) ;
Use the DOWN Key to view the next event (if present).
Use the RIGHT Key to view the next string of data.
Use the LEFT Key to view the previous string of data.
ESC Key Use ESC key to cancel the operation and to
step back to main page.
ENTER Key The ENTER Key blocks/reactivates the
exchange between the labels of the devices and those
of the zones. When the block is enabled, the @ charac-
ter appears in the top left-hand corner of the display.
Function Key No function is related to F1 Key;
The F2 key, if the first event is caused by a device con-
nected to the control panel, takes you to the device sta-
tus page (see note*);
The F3 key, if the Last event is caused by a device
connected to the control panel, takes you to the device
status page (see note*);
The F4 key activates the View of events stored in the
memory; if the stored event is caused by a device con-
nected to the control panel, pressing F4 again will take
you to the device status page (see note*).
From Figure 40, in the WARNING STATUS, use the
RIGHT Key to scroll the second string of data of War-

(2) -If the Warning is generated by a local control panel, the "LOCAL" text will be shown, otherwise the
"NETWORK" text will be shown if the Warning is generated by a no local control panel. If a local Warning
is generated and the "LOCAL" text has been shown, the other possible Warnings will be shown as LOCAL,
even if generated by a no local control panel.

bel alternates with the point label every 5 seconds.
If the zone has not been associated with the point,
only the point label will appear.
(*Note) If the event originates from a different control
panel in the network, when this key is pressed the View
LOG for the control panel which produced the event will
appear.
