Replacing or disposing of the equipment

When you want to replace or dispose of the equipment, the machine administrator
needs to contact the service technician.
The service technician erases all the remaining data in the actual data area of the
hard disk drive so that your confidential data are not leaked.

The service technician erases all the data in
the hard disk drive.
- It takes about 30 minutes.
2 Check the touch panel screen is the same
as the one on the right.
- Confirm that "100%" at the upper left and "[OK]"
are displayed.
If the equipment is replaced or disposed of without
erasing all the data in the hard disk drive, the encrypted
data remaining in it can be decrypted by an unautho-
rized person.
