Introduction
Different broil elements are used in each
broil mode as described below. There are

Dual Broil –

LO – Full broiler pan – fish fillets

HI – Small food quantity – (2–4) hamburgers
or 1/2"–1" pork chops or steaks
LO – Small food quantity – (2–4) chicken
breasts or fish fillets
Convection Broil –
outside broil elements and the convection fan.

overbrowning)
LO – Large pork tenderloin or beef roast
(provides adequate browning along with
thorough cooking)

You can use aluminum foil to line the broiler
pan and broiler grid. However, you must mold
the foil tightly to the grid and cut slits in it just
like the grid.
