Lay and connect the wiring harnesses as follows:
Warning!
The power and control wiring harnesses must be laid separately in order to avoid interference in the control
circuit (electromagnetic compatibility).
Excess cable should be gathered such that current flows in opposite directions and tied to the cross strut in
order to avoid any antenna effect, see Fig. 6, Pos. B.
Lay the wiring harness (power) 50X-Y39 from module 1 (liquid dispensing 1 - 6) EZL 230-A - 50X, parallel
to the existing wiring harnesses on the connection strip along the component bracket, Fig. 5, Pos. 1, to the
intake valve Y39, see Fig. 6, Pos. 3a.
Connect the cold water intake valve (Y39) in accordance with the wiring diagram.
Lay the wiring harness (power) 20X-41X from the ELP 231 - 20X to module 1 (liquid dispensing 1 - 6)
EZL 230-A - 41X, see Fig. 6, Pos. 3b.
Lay the wiring harness (control) 49X-46X from the EZL 231 - 49X to module 1 (liquid dispensing 1 - 6)
EZL 230-A - 46X, see Fig. 6, Pos. 3c.
Lay the wiring harness (power) 47X-100X from module 1 (liquid dispensing 1 - 6) EZL 230-A - 47X,
parallel to the existing wiring harnesses on the connection strip along the component bracket,
Fig. 5, Pos. 1, to EV 230 - 100X, see Fig. 6, Pos. 3d.
Lay the wiring harness (power) 50X-54X-102X from module 1 (liquid dispensing 1 - 6) EZL 230-A
- 50X-54X, parallel to the existing wiring harnesses on the connection strip along the component bracket,
Fig. 5, Pos. 1, to EV 230 - 102X, see Fig. 6, Pos. 3e.

Lay the wiring harness (control) 51X-52X-101X from module 1 (liquid dispensing 1 - 6) EZL 230-A
- 51X-52X, parallel to the existing wiring harnesses along the fascia panel, to EV 230 - 101X, see Fig. 6,
Pos. 3f.

Connect the electronic module ELZ 230-A and adapter EV 230 - 1X3/4 in accordance with the wiring

Check the coding plugs and modify them if necessary as follows:
Check coding plug MFM 1-5, module 1 (liquid dispensing 1 - 6) EZL 230-A - 42X for Coding 1-5 ,
see wiring diagram.
