Additional tips on how to use your steamer
• To steam cook with your steamer you need to pour at least 0.5 litres (500 g) of
water into the bowl to allow for 30-minute steam cooking. For every addition-
al 15 minutes you will need to add 0.25 litres of water (250 g).
• If you wish, you can take advantage of the cooking time by making a soup, a
sauce or a garnish or by adding some wine to the water. By doing this you will
effectively highlight the flavour of the food being cooked on the steamer.
• For better results, place the food which requires a longer cooking time at the
bottom of the steamer (for example, vegetable garnish at the bottom and fish
on the steamer pan).
• If you intend to use the micro-perforated steamer pan, place the food on it in
such a way as not to obstruct all the holes so that the vapor spreads evenly.
• The steamer lid can be placed upside down on a flat surface to rest the steam-
er on it once we have removed it from the bowl, as well as to collect the vapor
gathered both inside it and in the steamer pan. It can also be used as a tray to
serve food at the table

OW TO USE THE APPLIANCE
STARTING TO USE THE APPLIANCE
Before using the ThermoChef Natura multifunctional food processor, place the
appliance safely on a stable and flat surface so that its built-in electronic scale can
weigh accurately. Make sure that you place it far enough from the edge in order
to prevent it from falling on to the floor and always keep it at a distance from
closets or shelfs so as to avoid burn injuries as a result of vapor.
Take out the supply cord and connect one terminal to the main body of your
ThermoChef Natura and the other terminal to the power outlet. To start the
appliance, press the red round switch at the back of the main body. You will hear
a beep sound and the LCD display will switch on. Always use this switch to turn
on and off the appliance.
More often than not, you will have to make a series of adjustments
(temperature, speed, time...) to start the food processor working. To do so, use
the buttons on the control panel and pay attention to the data displayed on the
LCD screen. Check below a detailed explanation of how to make these
adjustments.
