Possible Cause
The steamer is not plugged in

The water reservoir is empty

Solution
Plug the steamer's power cord
into an electrical outlet
Reset the household circuit
breaker or replace the blown
fuse. Contact an electrician or
your area electrical provider
Refill the water reservoir
Remove the mineral build-up
It is normal for the flow of
the steam to stop for a few
seconds. If it stays off longer
periods, remove the mineral
build-up
