Dispense Liquid
There are 3 methods of dispensing liquid:
1. Hold a suitable receptacle beneath the spout.
2. Unlock the Pump button and push down
repeatedly to pump out the liquid (no power
required)
or
Push the Lock/Unlock button, then push the
Dispense button to dispense the liquid
or
Push the Lock/Unlock button, then press the
receptacle against the Cup switch behind the
spout.
Reboil
It may be necessary to reheat the water in the
appliance.
Press the REBOIL button to reboil the water.
Lock/Unlock the Pump Button

Slide the lock to the CLOSED position to lock
the pump button.
•
Slide the lock to the OPEN position to unlock
the pump button.

Cleaning, Care &
Maintenance
Always disconnect the appliance from the

power supply before cleaning.
•
Use a damp cloth to clean the body and lid.
•
Dry thoroughly after cleaning.
Descaling
Periodically descale the appliance with a suitable
descaling solution.
1. Add suitable descaling product and water to fill
line (following product instructions).
2. Press clean button. Clean function will take 70
minutes.
Probable Cause
The unit is not switched on
Plug and lead are damaged
Fuse in the plug has blown
Power supply
Internal wiring fault
Seal worn
No Water
Water level below add water
indicator but water still
boiling
Lid not secured properly
Note: Always run water through
the appliance after descaling to
rinse the inner pot and tubes.
Discard the water after use.
Solution
Check the unit is plugged in correctly and
switched on
Call Caterlite agent or qualified technician
Replace the plug fuse
Check power supply

Switch of unit and allow to cool. Add water.
