6.3 EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE (ADDRESSED TO QUALIFIED PERSONNEL)

6.2.1 REFRIGERATING UNIT

In case of machine with water-cooled condenser it is
necessary to run off the water present in the
condenser if temperature is expected to fall beneath
0° C. Disconnect the water inlet pipes after the
delivery of water has been interrupted by means of
the cut-off cock; remove the right side panel to reach
the service valve and remove it. Let all water present
in the circuit run off.
